At Bookvelope, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Because we offer instant digital downloads and custom-printed books, our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our customers.
1. Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital products (eBooks and PDF Cookbooks) are generally non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed. This policy is in place because digital files cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
2. Duplicate Purchases
Accidents happen! If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Once we verify the duplicate order, we will issue a refund for the second purchase to your original payment method.
3. Technical Issues and Corrupted Files
Your reading experience is important to us. If you encounter a corrupted file or find that a book is inaccessible due to a technical error on our end, we will provide a replacement file promptly. Please reach out to our support team with your order details for immediate assistance.
4. Print-on-Demand Orders
For physical books ordered through our print service, returns are only accepted if the book arrives damaged or with printing defects. Since these books are custom-printed for each order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If your book is damaged, please send us a photo of the defect within 7 days of delivery.
